Shift Lead

The Shift Lead is responsible for opening and closing the store, managing cash handling, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They must also maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Knowledge of store inventory control (preferable)
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license (depending on state requirements)
