Shift Lead

Shift Lead is responsible for opening and closing the store, managing cash handling, and providing a distinctive and delightful customer experience. The role also involves assisting with operations, customer service, and maintaining accurate inventory counts.

Requirements

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Prefer the knowledge of store inventory control
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state
