The Shift Lead is responsible for opening and closing the store, managing cash handling, and ensuring a positive customer experience. They also assist with operations, including registering sales, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Prefer knowledge of store inventory control
- Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state
