Shift Lead

The Shift Lead is responsible for opening and closing the store in the absence of store management, models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience, and assists with and coaches other team members in various store operations.

Requirements

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control
• Valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license (as required by state)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
