Job Description
WRBC is seeking a Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO) to lead underwriting strategy and manage the business. This role reports to the President/CEO and is responsible for maximizing shareholder value and managing risk-adjusted returns. The CUO will oversee underwriting development, establish policies, and lead a team of underwriters.
