VOIS is seeking a Data Analyst to support DLM customers within Vodafone Enterprise by delivering clear, reliable and actionable analysis. The individual will maintain accurate inventory data, provide KPI reporting, perform customer-specific reviews, and identify issues that may affect service performance or revenue.

- Strong analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving and presentation skills.
- Skilled at coordinating multiple activities within defined timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Motivated, proactive and committed to continuous improvement.
- Knowledgeable in customer information and data management systems, with an ability to link technical insights to business impact.
- Effective communicator in both Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written skills.
- Advanced user of MS Office applications including Excel, Access, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Experienced in Python and capable of creating dashboards using Power BI.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in data analysis and at least 6 years in a broader business context.
- Experienced in virtual working environments, quality management, and process management.
- Capable of preparing clear technical documentation, including standards, procedures and operational guides.
