Job Description
We're looking for a passionate team player to join our team as a Sales Programs Manager. As a Sales Programs Manager, you'll be responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering strategic sales initiatives that power growth across all segments. You'll work closely with our sales teams to boost productivity, strengthen pipeline health, and enhance customer engagement.
Requirements
- 7+ years in program management, sales operations, or commercial execution roles
- Track record of delivering cross-functional sales initiatives in complex B2B, telco, or ICT environments
- Demonstrated success in driving adoption of new sales methodologies, tools, or processes
