Job Description

We are seeking a Commissions Manager to lead the design and delivery of a streamlined commission structure that drives performance across our Enterprise, Government, and Wholesale sales teams.
Requirements
- Implement and manage a commission software solution for automation and self-service.
- Oversee governance processes and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Deliver accurate reporting and analysis of commission payments, trends, and insights.
- Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, and Sales teams to integrate commission processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and transparency.
