TEAM Leader (Social Worker Supervisor)

VIP Community Services is seeking a Team Leader (Social Worker Supervisor) to ensure clinical team provides appropriate services to families within the VIP Community Services shelter system. This role focuses on providing psychosocial assessment, treatment plan development, and client coordination, particularly within the Department of Homeless Services. The supervisor will be responsible for team leadership, training, and liaison work with community organizations.
