Vocational Instruction Project Community Services, operating under VIP Community Services, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming lives by providing comprehensive services to individuals with histories of chemical dependency and homelessness. The organization offers housing placement, case management, opioid treatment program oversight, and client advocacy to promote self-sufficiency and community well-being.

Housing Specialist
Bachelor's degree preferred. 2 years experience in residential treatment. Knowledge of community resources and Windows computer systems
Clinical Coordinator – Mobile Medication Unit (MMU)
Master’s degree in related field preferred. 2+ years case management/counseling experience. Proficient with computer programs
Healthcare Compliance Specialist
Bachelor's degree or Master's preferred. 3+ years of experience in healthcare compliance. Requires expertise with Medicaid/Medicare audits, data analysis and training materials
Licensed Clinician
Master's degree in social work, counseling, or family therapy and one year of experience in a social service setting. NYS licensure required. Knowledge of SUD/MH services is a plus
Peer Recovery Navigator
High school diploma/GED & CARC/CRPA certification. Prior experience with Buprenorphine/Suboxone is desired. B1/B2 (English/Spanish) proficiency a plus
Clinician (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT)-- NOT REMOTE
LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT degree required. 5+ years of clinical service (co-occurring disorders preferred). Excellent communication and MS Office proficiency required
Social Worker:
MSW preferred, 2 years clinical experience, MSW candidate supervised by a licensed MHPs, excellent communication skills
TEAM Leader (Social Worker Supervisor)
LCSW + 2 years experience in social services or substance use. Strong communication skills & computer proficiency (Word, Excel). Crisis management experience is a plus
Case Manager – Mobile Medication Unit (MMU)
HS Diploma or equivalent + BA preferred. 2+ years case mgmt/substance use exp. CASAC/CASAC-T required. Strong communication and MS Office skills
Peer Navigator/Front Desk (School Health): Lived Experience!
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of related work experience. Preferred: OMH Peer Certification or Family Peer Specialist Certification
