Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to serve as a primary point of contact for sourcing and purchasing activities, ensuring transactional accuracy and policy compliance, and resolving escalated issues related to pricing, delivery, and invoicing.
Requirements
- Serve as primary point of contact for routine, blanket, capital, and service procurements
- Convert and transact capital requisitions to purchase orders
- Review and document order confirmations and delivery exceptions
- Update and maintain non-contract pricing confirmations in ERP systems
- Review, approve, or route invoice discrepancies
- Evaluate vendor performance and participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
- Support clients with item master accuracy, supplier identification, and ad hoc procurement-related inquiries
- Contribute to client satisfaction by meeting service level agreements
