Requirements
- Manage material orders and service procurements and contracts;
- Deliver accurate, timely, and cost-effective identification, sourcing, buying, delivering, warehousing, installation, and commissioning of material and equipment;
- Plan and execute the material planning, purchasing, and logistics associated with commodities or engineered equipment, systems, or materials;
- Perform contractor pre-qualifications;
- Support regular cadence meetings with Supply Chain Manager, Project Managers, and other leadership;
- Assist Project Controls (Finance), Accounts Payable and project managers on procurement progress, financial status and reconciliation of procurement efforts;
- Interface with multiple disciplines to create compliant Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), and Request for Quotes (RFQ);
- Coordinate with legal representatives on contract exceptions;
- Perform procurement management post-award activities;
- Other duties as assigned
