Activities Assistant (Part-Time)

Viva Memory Care at Dresher is seeking a Part-Time Activities Assistant to enrich the daily lives of residents with emotional and social engagement. This role involves building a community, encouraging participation, collaborating with the director, and developing activity programs. The position requires a compassionate and patient individual with a genuine interest in working with seniors.

Requirements

• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine interest in working with seniors.
• Previous experience in a memory care or senior living setting preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
• Must possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or a GED.
