Job Description
Viva Memory Care at Dresher, in Suburban Philadelphia, is seeking a passionate and compassionate Caregiver to assist residents with their daily lives. The role involves helping with activities of daily living, building community, engaging residents in programs, and collaborating with the team. Requirements
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine interest in working with seniors.
- Obtain (or willingness to obtain) Direct Care Staff Certificate.
- Previous experience in a memory care or senior living setting preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds and be able to lift a minimum of 50 feet.
- Must possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or GED.
