Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) will administer nursing care according to the plan of care for terminally ill patients in VITAS program, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act. This involves direct patient care, assessment, medication administration, monitoring, and documentation. The role requires collaboration with a Registered Nurse and a Team Manager.

Requirements

• Must have and maintain transportation.
• Currently licensed to practice nursing in the state.
• At least one year of satisfactory nursing experience.
• Flexible schedule availability (weekend or rotating shifts).
• Must not make initial patient nursing care assessments.
