Job Description
Vitable is a health benefits platform for over 85 million uninsured and underinsured Americans, aiming to make healthcare better for employers. They are looking for a Partnerships Manager to build their partnership function, design acquisition strategies, and drive revenue growth by identifying and securing key partnerships with franchise groups, PEOs, and marketplaces. The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic sales
- Proven track record of designing and executing partnership programs
- Experience engaging with franchise networks, payroll/PEO ecosystems, or B2B marketplace platforms
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
