Job Description
Vista Equity Partners is seeking a Manager to join its newly formed Fund Operations team, focused on the operational aspects of private equity funds. This role involves supporting the build-out of processes and standards for managing Vista's buyout funds, including performance reporting, fund modeling, investment funding, and investor reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and a proactive attitude.
Requirements
- Prepare key performance metrics and detailed data requests
- Support fundraising
- Prepare standard quarterly reporting packets
- Support Fund leaders on budgeting
- Monitor compliance with fund agreements
- Experience in analytical or financial roles within the asset management industry
