Job Description
Method is seeking a VP of Finance & Operations to drive operational efficiency and financial management across the organization. The role involves overseeing Finance, Accounting, Talent, and HR, and leading cross-functional teams to optimize processes, manage vendor relationships, and improve financial performance. This position requires strategic leadership, financial planning, and a strong understanding of fast-growing companies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in finance, business operations, and/or management consulting
- 3+ years as a people manager, with experience leading cross-functional G&A or finance teams
- Strong FP&A foundation with proven ability to own forecasting, budgeting, and financial storytelling
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Background managing growth-stage startup operations and vendor-enabled product development
