Job Description
We're looking for a Technical Delivery Coordinator who can keep many moving pieces in sync at once. As a key connector between internal teams and clients, you will orchestrate communication, keep projects on track, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Requirements
- Minimum three (3) years project delivery experience working directly with internal and external clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Systems, or an equivalent post-secondary combination of education and/or experience
- Highly adept at coordinating many simultaneous responsibilities
- Demonstrated client-focused approach with superior people skills
- Proven technical aptitude from past experiences
- Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities are essential
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration, communications, and conflict resolution skills are a must
- Self-motivated, fast-learner, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and projects
- Independent-thinker and driven to achieve success within a customer service environment
