Job Description
This permanent full-time position is a patient engagement and retention specialist, working in a LASIK MD clinic with Vision Group. The role involves providing treatment options, assessing patient needs, managing communication, and contributing to a supportive and inclusive work environment. Requirements
- Present treatment options to prospective patients
- Provide accurate information regarding surgery and scheduling
- Manage and address patient questions
- Enhance patient satisfaction by delivering personalized consultations
- Use computer tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, EMR systems)
