Account Executive - Real Estate

Virtus is seeking a fast-paced Account Executive - Real Estate to drive growth in their Real Estate Practice. This role focuses on managing a book of business, developing client relationships, and implementing complex insurance programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills, working within an empowering and entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

• Acquire and develop deep understanding of client’s business model.
• Develop strong client relationships and provide exceptional risk management experience.
• Identify client exposure to risk/loss and provide strategy to avoid loss.
• Create detailed service plans driven by client goals.
• Develop marketing plans to include insurance specifications and timelines.
• Actively leads and monitors new business and renewal processes.
• Understand complex insurance concepts and implement programs.
• Understand/apply insurance concepts to prospective and existing clients.
• Understand and deploy Virtus services effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional public speaking skills.
• College degree with insurance experience and 2+ years of independently managing book of business.
• CPCU and other professional and insurance designations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with minimal instruction.
