Day Shift Team Leader

Viridor is seeking a Day Shift Team Leader to join their team in Exeter. The ideal candidate will have experience in power industry, navy or process systems, supervisory or management experience, and an engineering qualification. The role involves leading a team, supervising contractors, and ensuring site safety and emergency procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Power industry, navy or process knowledge of systems such as HP steam, boilers, electrical generation and emissions.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Engineering qualification, preferably ONC/HNC or equivalent.
• Management or leadership qualification (desirable but not essential)
