Job Description
Viridor is seeking an Operations Manager to join their team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will provide operational leadership, manage and develop site staff, and drive safety, compliance, and performance.
Requirements
- Extensive people management experience within a large department/region at senior level
- Practical experience in the implementation of a corporate management system
- Extensive and proven knowledge of the waste/energy recovery industries
- Proven motivator with strong leadership skills
- Educated to at least ONC/HNC/HND level in a relevant technical discipline
- Full UK driving licence
