Job Description
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management, formulating partnerships to deliver value-added service to management and employees, and managing HR policies. The role focuses on delivering value to business units, while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience resolving employee relations issues
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines (compensation, organizational diagnosis, etc.)
- Certification/Licensure: None required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to comprehend and apply laws and policies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
