Patient Service Representative - Urology

We are seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, patients, and families, maintaining an efficient patient flow, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires previous experience as a PSR, high school graduate or GED, and basic proficiency in computer use.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED required
• Previous PSR experience preferred
• Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to organize and perform multiple tasks in a timely manner
• Knowledge of medical office and terminology preferred
• Basic proficiency in computer use required
