Personal Care Aide / CNA

This position involves providing personal care assistance to residents in an Assisted Living Community with activities of daily living. The role requires adherence to Care Plans, assisting residents with self-care, and ensuring resident safety and well-being. Basic personal care tasks, as well as performing specialized health-related tasks as instructed by healthcare professionals, are essential.

Requirements

• Provide assistance to residents with activities of daily living.
• Assist with self-care and promote resident independence.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and reach overhead.
• At least 18 years old.
• No substantiated findings on the NC Personnel Registry or Health Care Program.
• Clear SBI record and maintain during employment.
