Requirements

• At least three years of demonstrated experience in talent acquisition within an agile work environment
• Proven experience in managing global recruitment strategies and hiring processes across multiple regions
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse
• Excellent skills in analysis, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities
