VGW is an interactive entertainment company seeking a People Operations Administrator to join their team in Manila. The successful candidate will support the efficient delivery of People & Culture operations across a global business, providing high-quality support for P&C service desk queries and contributing to broader P&C initiatives.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in human resource or a related field
• At least three years previous experience in a diverse and fast-paced HR administration role
• Experience working in a global environment with a geographically dispersed team
• Familiarity with HR systems and tools such as BambooHR, Jira and Confluence
