Layup Operational Support (Goleniow)

We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer to improve manufacturing processes for wind turbine blades at our new facility in Poland. As a key member of the team, you will work to stabilize and improve process performance, analyze current and future processes, and lead related projects. You will also have the opportunity to work with digital tools and data analytics to drive data-driven decision making and performance improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 6–8 years of experience in similar roles within manufacturing engineering
• Fluent English; Polish language will be valuable
• CAD/CATIA understanding and willingness to travel to support multiple Vestas sites
