Layup Documentation - Specialist (Goleniow)

We are currently hiring for a Layup Documentation Specialist role as part of the Vestas Blades Process Engineering Factory in Goleniów. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining production documentation, including Production Work Instructions (PWI), Process and Product Inspection (PII) documents, and updating generic inspections in our QDA system standards.

Requirements

• Design and optimize production processes, within lay-up operations: analysis of AS IS and future state, create Process Roadmap, develop Process requirements and specifications, develop and support manufacturing sites Process Industrialization and standardization, process Optimization, be part of building a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability
• Use digital tools like digital twins and data analytics to improve performance and make data-driven decisions
• Investigating and solving production issues using structured methods such as the 5x Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, and FMEA
• Applying continuous improvement principles using quality tools like Statistical Process Control (SPC), Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and ensure final product quality
