Job Description
veritree is an award-winning climate tech start-up based in Vancouver, offering a Customer Success Manager position to cultivate strong customer relationships, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and help scale the Customer Success team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B customer-facing experience with executive-level contacts
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficient using Excel, Hubspot, Slack, and Google
- Experience working in a fast-paced work environment
- SaaS experience is highly beneficial
