Job Description
VelocitySBA is seeking a motivated Business Development Officer to generate new business opportunities for the VelocitySBA Franchise Division. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with franchisors, franchise brokers, and prospective franchisees to drive growth by securing financing deals within the franchise sector.
Requirements
- 3 years of SBA lending experience with US based bank or non-bank lending institution
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Ability to understand financial/credit policies, financial statements and structure credit facilities of targets
