R&D Technician

R&D Technician: assist in developing, testing, and evaluating new product formulations and process improvements. Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Operations teams to support trials and scale-up activities.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelors degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Prior experience in a laboratory, pilot plant, or food manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow precise instructions and protocols
• Basic knowledge of food safety, GMP, and laboratory practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ability to learn data collection software
• Strong organizational, time management, communication, and teamwork skills
