Job Description
We're seeking an R&D Technician to join our clients Research & Development team, supporting the creation, testing, and improvement of new and existing products, processes, and equipment.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelors degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Prior experience in a laboratory, pilot plant, or food manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow precise instructions and protocols
- Basic knowledge of food safety, GMP, and laboratory practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ability to learn data collection software
- Strong organizational, time management, communication, and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and work in lab/pilot plant settings with varying temperatures; occasional flexible hours for trials
