Job Description
Vanguard EMS, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Technician I to maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment. The role involves interior and exterior maintenance, janitorial duties, and responding to facility requests. They value their employees and provide support in emergencies and fast-paced environments.
Requirements
- Basic proficiency in computer systems (MS Windows and Office) and basic mathematical knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage and prioritize activities
- Good problem solving skills and communication skills
- Good customer service skills and positive attitude
- Ability to make judgments about facility requests and involve management
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- One year of facilities maintenance experience or equivalent
