Job Description
Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Technician II to support building operations during 2nd shift hours (starting at 1:00 PM). This role offers scheduling flexibility with options for a 4-day workweek or 5-day schedule. The position involves maintaining building infrastructure, performing routine maintenance, coordinating contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on facilities or maintenance experience
- Proven knowledge in building systems maintenance (carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
- Strong decision-making and safety-first mindset
- Proficiency in interpreting manuals and SOPs
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and CMMS)
