We are looking for a Sales Engineer to strengthen our team in APAC. As a Sales Engineer, you will identify customer values and translate them into a winning technical solution. You will support and challenge the sales manager in the pre-bid, bid, and closing phases to jointly secure projects.
Requirements
- Defines sales tactics together with the sales manager and acts accordingly.
- Solves commercial/tactical issues and challenges directly with the Sales Manager.
- Responsible for organizing all sales engineering deliverables throughout all sales phases.
- Involves technical experts to develop the best possible conceptual designs.
- Strong in listening and analyzing customer requirements.
- Responsible that all procedural steps are taken on time in accordance with sales process checklists.
- Good listener and communicator, creative and driven to win.
- Team player.
- Problem-solving ability/attitude.
- Pro-active, searches for information instead of waiting.
- Takes ownership and responsibility for their projects.
