Lending Technology Manager – Retail & Commercial Lending

Vancity is seeking a Lending Technology Manager to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of technology solutions supporting retail and commercial lending portfolios. The successful candidate will partner across business, credit risk, operations, and IT to ensure end-to-end lending processes are supported by scalable, secure, and member-centric systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent
• 7-10 years of experience in technology leadership roles within financial services, preferably focused on lending platforms
• Proven track record managing delivery of lending systems including origination, underwriting, servicing, and portfolio management
