Job Description
As the Senior Manager, Application Technology - Core Banking Delivery, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of core banking initiatives across the organization. You'll oversee all technology workstreams related to the Temenos Core Banking platform, including products creation, enhancements and integrations enablement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in core banking technology delivery, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity
- Hands-on experience with Temenos Core Banking (T24/Transact) - product creation, APIs & integrations, payments, card management
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology, Azure DevOps, and modern software delivery practices
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with executives, business leads, and technical staff alike
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to balance technical depth and business priorities
