We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager focused on acquiring, retaining, and deepening relationships with our members. This role centers on understanding and enhancing the member experience across our chequing and savings products, ensuring that every touchpoint builds engagement and loyalty.
Requirements
- University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5-10 years of professional experience in Marketing (preferably in the financial services sector)
- Proven experience leading engaged marketing teams
- In-depth knowledge of marketing strategy, delivery, and all elements of the marketing mix (lifecycle journeys, organic social media, paid media, events, and face-to-face)
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of strategic business drivers and how these translate into marketing strategy
- Proven ability to partner with data-driven stakeholders such as cross-functional teams and Product leads
- Strong analytical skills to measure performance, derive insights, and aid in decision making
