Job Description
Van Metre is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to work between two apartment complexes. The role requires developing relationships with residents, increasing traffic and occupancy, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or related fields required
- Leasing experience in property management preferred
- Ability to conduct community and apartment inspections (inside and outside) in varying weather conditions
- Weekend work is required
- Bilingual preferred
