Van Metre is seeking a Leasing Consultant at Aldon at Powell & Broad, an apartment community located in Fuquay-Varina, NC. Leasing Consultants take pride in their work, recognizing the value of teamwork and ownership of their responsibilities and impact.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or related fields
• Prior experience in leasing or property management is preferred
• Ability to conduct community and apartment inspections (inside and outside) in varying weather conditions
• Weekend work is required
• Bilingual preferred
