Restaurant manager Horeca

We are looking for an experienced horeca worker with leadership experience and a passion for managing a team. As Restaurant Manager, you will lead the team, monitor the quality of the service, and ensure an optimal guest experience.

Requirements

• Leading, inducting, and coaching your team members
• Making daily rosters and ensuring that the right people are in the right place
• Actively participating on the floor during breakfast, lunch, dinner, or events
• Ensuring that guests feel seen and heard
• Monitoring the quality of service, appearance, and tempo
• Daily coordination with colleague-managers and F&B team
