We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our horeca team and provide an unforgettable experience for our guests. As a driven professional with a passion for the hospitality industry and leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth-running operation and a pleasant working atmosphere.

Requirements

• Leading, training, and coaching your team members
• Making daily rosters and ensuring that the right people are in the right place
• Actively working on the floor during breakfast, lunch, dinner, or events
• Ensuring that guests feel seen and heard
• Monitoring the quality of service, appearance, and tempo
• Daily coordination with colleagues and F&B teams
