Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a related resource management role
- Experience working in a professional services environment preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new systems quickly
- Self-directed, able to work with minimal supervision, and proactive in problem-solving
- Excellent English verbal communication and writing skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret scheduling data and identify trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
- Strong familiarity with scheduling and project management tools — Asana, Forecast, and Harvest
