Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to become the next superhero on our internal operations team! The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and thrives in a collaborative environment where precision and follow-through are essential.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a related field working as a project coordinator, operations assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new systems quickly
- Self-directed, able to work with minimal supervision, and proactive in problem-solving
- Excellent English communication and writing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
- Experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Monday.com required
