As a Legal Manager, you will help manage the legal function at Kildare Village with a focus on commercial contracts, risk and compliance, and monitoring changes in the law. You will work with various teams to provide legal advice and support on promotions, activations, and commercial moments throughout the year.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a lawyer and possess legal qualification in Ireland
- More than 4 years of Post-Qualification Experience
- Expertise in commercial law and up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation
- Working knowledge of commercial (and/or marketing) contracts
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent drafting skills with an eye for detail
- Impactful relationship skills
- Able to negotiate with the ability to demonstrate steady commercial common sense
- Able to influence internal local stakeholders confidently and independently
- Ability to Interpret and translate legal matters into clear advice for management
- Adopt a deliberate critical thinking approach to resolving complex situations

- Good project management skills
