We are looking for a System Validation Test Lead Engineer to join our team in Tokyo. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of camera- and radar-based systems, developing comprehensive test plans, and executing rigorous testing.

Requirements

• Practical experience in system testing or validation in the automotive industry (approximately 3+ years)
• Test automation skills using scripting languages such as Python or C++
• Knowledge of automotive test tools such as CANoe and CANalyzer, as well as in-vehicle communication protocols like CAN and Automotive Ethernet
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills using methods such as FTA and FMEA
• Experience using version control systems such as Git
• Knowledge of embedded systems (both software and hardware)
• Practical experience in requirements analysis and test case creation
• Knowledge of automotive process models (e.g., ASPICE, V-model)
• Japanese: Low business-level proficiency
• English: Business-level proficiency
