We are seeking a System Validation Test Lead Engineer to join our Steering and Monitoring R&D team. The successful candidate will lead the development of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test environments for next-generation driver and occupant monitoring systems. The role involves collaborating with system engineers, executing rigorous testing, and ensuring the quality and reliability of camera- and radar-based systems.

Requirements

• Practical experience in system testing or validation in the automotive industry (approximately 3+ years)
• Test automation skills using scripting languages such as Python or C++
• Knowledge of automotive test tools such as CANoe and CANalyzer, as well as in-vehicle communication protocols like CAN and Automotive Ethernet
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills using methods such as FTA and FMEA
• Experience using version control systems such as Git
• Knowledge of embedded systems (both software and hardware)
• Practical experience in requirements analysis and test case creation
• Knowledge of automotive process models (e.g., ASPICE, V-model)
