Requirements
- Education: Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a way that's easy to understand.
- Comfortable learning new software (CRM, ERP, or inventory management systems).
- High degree of empathy and a 'customer-first' mindset.
- Good Italian and fluency in English (both spoken and written) is highly desirable.
